Telehealth Tech services range from simple pre-consultation tech checking on behalf of doctors and specialists to 3-way video consultations, organising pre-consultation consent forms, facilitating the calls between the doctor and patient and live support for the duration of the call. We can also organise interpreters for Telehealth calls if required.
STANDARD SERVICE
Single consultation, pre-appointment technical set-up and connectivity test with your examinee. Telehealth Tech also sends the doctor's preferred videoconference link to the examinee. The doctor therefore just logs on to their desired platform and the examinee clicks on their link to join at the required time. We are also available for real-time support should there be any problems connecting.
INTERPRETER SERVICE
Standard Service PLUS Video Interpreter Service - organisation of a video interpreter and 3-way videoconference call between the examinee, interpreter and doctor. Interpreter fees are additional and generally covered by insurers and medicolegal firms.
ADDITIONAL SERVICE
Consent Forms
Telehealth Tech can organise for your consent form to be completed by your examinee and returned prior to your appointment if required.
BOOKING NOTICE PERIOD
Please note: We require a minimum 48 hours booking notice for all services as tests are conducted with your claimant in the days prior to ensure adequate time to make contact and conduct the pre-appointment check.
Calls booked within 24 hours of your videoconference consultation will incur an additional $10 surcharge.
